I’m Clarke, the owner of Dessouchage Turpin. Based in Pincourt, I specialize in mechanical stump grinding for homeowners and businesses across Vaudreuil-Soulanges and Montreal’s West Island. You deal directly with me from your photo-based quote to the completed job.

I use a Vermeer SC382 for suitable larger-access jobs and a smaller Toro SGR-13 for some narrow passages. Send photos of the stump and access route, plus the narrowest passage width, so I can assess the right equipment before scheduling.

Standard grinding generally reaches about 4–6 inches below the surrounding ground level. Tell me about a planned patio, pool or landscaping project so we can discuss the required depth. Grinding does not excavate the entire underground root system.

I assess access and use protective barriers where appropriate to help contain flying debris. Potential underground utilities must be considered before grinding. Wood chips can remain on your property, or removal can be included in your quote.
